The Disability Talent Hub is the platform where talented deaf children begin their specialised football training (using BSL and English) with the aim of bringing their skills on par with the national elite for their age group. This is designed as a clear pathway for deaf children aged 7 to 11 and 12 to 16 years toward the elite England set-up.

Tooting Common Park Run
Are you local to Tooting/Balham? Join the Tooting Common parkrun!
It is a FREE timed 5k run that takes place every Saturday morning at 9am on Tooting Common.
The start of the run is on the path running between the Common café and Dr Johnson Avenue, and a course map is available at http://www.parkrun.org.uk/tootingcommon/course/
To get your result recorded and sent to you, please to register online and bring along a printed copy of your barcode with them on the day. Registration is a very simple process and takes a quick minute or two to do by visiting http://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/.
The run brief at this week’s event will also be BSL interpreted, and we hope to be able to offer this again going forward. Our volunteer roster, available at http://www.parkrun.org.uk/tootingcommon/futureroster/ will indicate when a BSL interpreted brief will be available.
